278 2000F Loop Limit
Description
In a 278 request, the 2000F Loop Limit is defined as >1.
What are the problems if a plan limits this to say, 25, and documents the same in its Companion Guide? What are the business reasons to allow for an unlimited number of service lines on a 278 request?

Refer to section 1.8 of the implementation guide. You can not limit the useage of this loop repeat as this will override the specifications of the guide. The transaction is developed to support many business scenarios and users. Limiting the loop repeat could impact usability of this transaction. No business reasons have been presented to the workgroup for justification to limit the repeat.
