Source of 359 Treatment Codes
Description
Please confirm the source where 359 treatment codes are located.
Scenario
2300 HI01-02 requires a Treatment Code when HI01-01=TC. Previous RFI # 1243 contains a link to the source of treatment codes that no longer exists. The other link referenced is from a memo dated 2003 where we believe is no longer applicable and that treatment codes have since been merged with another code list. We are requesting confirmation on the external code list which contains treatment codes.
