Description
Element N404 in loop 2100A has following note:
Use the alpha-2 country codes from Part 1 of ISO 3166.
Is this a requirement or recommendation?
I.e. is it compliant to use 3-character country codes from ISO 3166?~

and the member is eligible 02012018 today the response would be the member is ineligible with no benefits reflecting the impending eligibility.

Submitters are required to use the alpha-2 country code from part 1 of the ISO 3166. Substituting the 3-character country codes from ISO 3166 for the alpha-2 country codes is not compliant with the TR3.
