HCP Segment
Description
Can the repricer be deemed the repricer or is this always a third party?
BCBS or Arkansas has issued a mandate regarding this and advised the providers to complete 2400 HCP - HCP01 with a value of 13 and HCP02 with a value of actual invoice amount of implant.
RFI Response
This is explicitly addressed in the 005010X223A2 implementation guide. The Situational Rule specifically states that the HCP segment is not completed by providers.
