834 -ICD Codes
Description
The intent of the decimal point and ICD codes in the 834 TR3 is not specifically stated. Based on the response in HIR 856, one could assume the 834 may have intended for the decimal point not be transmitted as well. Please confirm if the decimal point should not (or should) be sent when processing an 834 file.
